CARUNA-CPLO Hunger Helpline is a platform created to connect various food distribution initiatives with the NGOs on the ground, dedicated volunteers, donors and help seekers in a seamless way.

This is a joint initiative of Civil Services Associations which has come together under the banner of CARUNA (Civil services Associations Reach to sUpport in Natural disAsters), Central Postal Ladies Organisation (CPLO) and citizens committed to work together during Covid times.
